Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Record customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Work closely with other departments to address and resolve customer needs.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach and ensure satisfaction with each interaction.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not required.
