  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Work closely with other departments to address and resolve customer needs.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach and ensure satisfaction with each interaction.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not required.
