We are looking for a talented Communications Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, creating engaging content, and ensuring the consistency of our brand messaging across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with different departments to develop and implement effective communication strategies that support our goals and enhance our public presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage communication strategies for internal and external messaging.
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Organize and execute communication campaigns to support company initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with media outlets, preparing necessary materials for press coverage.
  • Monitor and track communication efforts, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist with event planning and execution as needed.
  • Ensure all communications align with Property Soar’s values and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in communications, marketing, or public relations preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
