    We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in New York, NY. In this role, you will provide critical support to our leadership team and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, including room bookings, agenda preparation, and note-taking.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in event planning and team coordination.

Perform other administrative tasks to support the team’s goals.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
