Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer experiences will contribute directly to the success of Every Word Code.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services, and assist customers with their needs.
  • Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting, offering solutions, and escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and following up as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance overall customer service efficiency.

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn new systems.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
