As a Public Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of PR strategies, assisting with media relations, and ensuring the positive public image of our brand. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Help organize and coordinate media events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update media contact lists and media tracking reports.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR activities and outcomes.
- Support the PR team in developing and implementing communication strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Assist in preparing presentations, speeches, and other communication materials for executives.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous PR or communication experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
