We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Assistant. In this role, you will be the front line of communication for our customers, ensuring that each interaction is positive and helpful. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to help our customers enjoy the best experience with our service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and phone, ensuring timely and professional service.
- Assist customers with subscription management, including renewals, cancellations, and troubleshooting.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Help resolve any customer complaints or issues in a calm and efficient manner.
- Process customer orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customers’ needs are met.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining quality customer service.
- Previous customer support or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
