Job Description:
SharpContra is seeking a skilled and proactive Communications Coordinator to manage and enhance our internal and external communication efforts. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling messages, coordinating communications strategies, and ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies to support company objectives.
  • Write, edit, and distribute company newsletters, press releases, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and outreach activities.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and align messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze communication campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Maintain and update company documentation, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in crisis communication planning and implementation when necessary.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of communication tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing tools, intranet systems).
  • Experience in a communications role is preferred but not mandatory.
