In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with customer inquiries, providing support throughout the ordering process, and ensuring that each customer has a positive experience. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with product orders, returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our system.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
