Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to assist with the logistics, coordination, and setup of events.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, meetings, and corporate functions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure all event details are addressed.
  • Help manage event timelines, schedules, and on-site activities.
  • Set up and break down event venues, ensuring all materials are prepared and organized.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm event requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure all event-related paperwork, including contracts and invoices, is completed accurately.
  • Provide on-site support during events to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback to improve future events.

  • Previous event planning or coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
