Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cashier to join our team at Captura Hall. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive and efficient checkout experience. You will handle transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Process payments and issue receipts to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as required.
• Ensure the proper handling of cash and other payment methods.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
