Sonar Spark is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to manage and enhance our communication efforts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team to develop and execute effective communication strategies that align with our brand and objectives. You will play a key role in ensuring the consistency and quality of our messaging across all platforms and channels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies.
- Write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure consistent and timely messaging.
- Organize and manage communication calendars and schedules.
- Monitor and analyze communication campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
- Support event planning and public relations initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
