Job Description:
Story Lane Box is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our team in Detroit, MI. In this role, you will support our public relations efforts by building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and the media. • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports to evaluate PR campaign success.
• Support the planning and execution of PR events, including logistics and on-site coordination.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR initiatives with brand messaging.
• Respond to media inquiries and provide accurate information promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with PR tools and platforms (e.g., media databases, tracking software).
• Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in PR or communications is a plus but not required.
