- Document interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex inquiries.
- Monitor and follow up on customer cases to ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency with basic computer applications; experience with customer support software is a plus.
