We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Events Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients while contributing to the overall success of each event.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, from initial concept through to execution.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations.
  • Help with event setup, management, and breakdown, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
  • Track budgets and manage event supplies to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and maintain event materials, such as schedules, invitations, and guest lists.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of event marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with event regulations, policies, and client expectations.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs according to plan.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly.
  • Previous event coordination or assistant experience is a plus.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for creating exceptional events.
