As an Events Assistant at Sphirea Plus, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. From corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and private parties, you will assist with all aspects of event coordination. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Help manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
  • Support with on-site setup, coordination, and tear-down.
  • Ensure that event materials, equipment, and supplies are ready and available.
  • Monitor event progress and resolve any issues that arise during the event.
  • Provide general administrative support to the events team as needed.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in event coordination is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
