We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Communications Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, FL. The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in managing internal and external communications, ensuring the flow of information across the company is seamless, and enhancing our public image. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support company goals.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Maintain relationships with media outlets and prepare company press releases.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend communication strategies to keep the company competitive.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and promotions.
  • Track and report on communication campaigns’ effectiveness and make improvements where needed.
  • Act as the point of contact for any external inquiries regarding communications.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in communications or public relations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
