Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in enhancing the brand’s reputation. In this role, you will assist in executing public relations strategies, handling media inquiries, and supporting communications efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling and has a strong interest in building relationships with the media and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media kits.
• Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
• Support the PR team in organizing and coordinating events, press conferences, and other promotional activities.
• Monitor and track media coverage and public relations efforts.
• Assist in writing content for press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers.
• Assist with internal communications and ensure brand consistency across all messaging.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Previous experience in public relations or communications is preferred but not required.
• A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus.
