Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and assist with order-related questions via phone and email.
  • Resolve product or service issues efficiently and escalate as necessary.
  • Provide detailed information about products, warranties, and return policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support the sales and logistics teams in fulfilling customer requests.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure consistent and excellent support.
  • Assist with managing returns, exchanges, and tracking orders.
