Sociaxe is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Akron, OH. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, including filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.
  • Assist with any other office-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and courteous phone and email etiquette.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
  • A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
