Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Akron, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, ensuring products are stored, organized, and shipped efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks.
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training will be provided).
• Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Ensure all products are handled safely and stored correctly to prevent damage.
• Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment or willingness to learn.
