Job Description:
Endorse Infinity is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Advertising Assistant to support our advertising team. In this role, you will assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns to ensure they meet clients' objectives and deliver measurable results.

Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.50 - $30.25 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of advertising campaigns across various media platforms, including social media, digital, print, and broadcast.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather campaign assets and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Support the development of advertising content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in managing advertising budgets, including tracking expenditures and processing invoices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics software.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative advertising ideas and solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
