Sociaxe is seeking an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be a highly efficient professional who can handle multiple tasks, anticipate needs, and contribute to the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of management.
- Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Conduct research and gather information to assist with decision-making.
- Organize files and maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with personal tasks, errands, and other projects as required.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a bonus.
