Sociaxe is looking for a talented and organized Communications Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and branding. You will play a vital role in developing and executing communication strategies that align with our goals and values, fostering strong connections with clients, stakeholders, and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor communication strategies to support company initiatives.
  • Draft and edit content for internal memos, press releases, newsletters, and other materials.
  • Coordinate and manage company events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external communication inquiries.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather and share accurate and timely information.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with communication tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management platforms).
  • Experience in writing and editing professional content.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
