Blue Print Out is seeking a highly organized and motivated Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will help manage media relations, assist with press releases, and contribute to the development of PR campaigns that effectively promote the company’s brand and reputation. You will play a key role in shaping the public image of Blue Print Out and ensuring our messaging aligns with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Coordinate and manage media outreach, including drafting pitches and maintaining media contacts.
- Help organize and execute public relations events, press conferences, and other promotional activities.
- Track and analyze media coverage to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company’s press database and media list.
- Support senior PR staff with content creation and strategy development.
- Respond to media inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

- Basic understanding of media relations and public relations principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Previous PR or communications experience is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
