Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, packages).
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Greet visitors and provide support to staff as required.
  • Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

 

Qualifications
