We are seeking a highly motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Events Coordinator and other team members to ensure every event is flawlessly executed. If you’re detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about event management, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate and client events.
  • Research venues, vendors, and suppliers to ensure optimal event logistics.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with company goals.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
