Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team lead.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company promotions, and industry trends.
  • Support team members with tasks during high-volume periods or special projects.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
