As a Customer Support Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will assist in resolving inquiries related to our services, properties, and processes. Your communication skills, empathy, and organizational abilities will be crucial in helping us maintain strong relationships with clients and enhance their experience with Property Soar.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Assist clients with property information, booking appointments, and guiding them through processes.
  • Manage and update customer records in the database.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer support team as needed.
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and assist with coordination of meetings and appointments.
