Blue Print Out is seeking a dedicated Communications Coordinator to support and execute internal and external communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all messaging aligns with our mission and resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and distribute compelling written and verbal communications such as press releases, newsletters, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and speaking engagements.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and media contacts.
- Monitor and analyze communication efforts to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the creation of marketing and branding materials as needed.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in communications or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools.
