The Events Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events. This position requires a proactive, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for event management and be comfortable coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and assisting with on-site event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all aspects of events are on track.
  • Help manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Prepare and organize event materials, presentations, and signage.
  • Provide on-site support during events, managing guest registrations, overseeing event schedules, and handling any logistical issues.
  • Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting, gathering feedback, and helping improve future events.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
