We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in managing external communications, coordinating events, and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets and stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule press events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and compile press coverage to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare and organize promotional materials for events and campaigns.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to inform PR strategies.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining contact databases and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
