Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
  • Provide feedback on common customer concerns to help improve processes.
