We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a key part of the customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, offering solutions to customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our services and products.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Provide product/service information and guidance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and overall satisfaction
Qualifications
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with customer service platforms (CRM) is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and time management
