Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Property Soar, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional support to ensure their experience with us is positive. Your role will involve managing customer requests, offering solutions to their needs, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding our services, property listings, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with the property management team to address client needs.
• Assist in processing service requests, maintenance issues, and billing inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience (property management or real estate background is a plus).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving ability with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
