As an Administrative Assistant at SharpContra, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will work closely with various departments to provide administrative support, handle client communication, manage schedules, and assist with project coordination. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Assist with office management, including ordering supplies, organizing office space, and ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with client relations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the HR department with administrative tasks, including recruitment coordination and onboarding.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and document filing.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred but not required.
