We are seeking a dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our team in Reno, NV. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication between SharpContra, our partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting compelling messages, maintaining consistent internal and external communications, and enhancing our brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies to align with company goals.
- Draft and edit internal memos, newsletters, and press releases.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information.
- Plan and manage communication projects and timelines.
- Maintain and update company documents and resources.
- Organize and support company events, meetings, and workshops.
- Monitor and report on communication campaign performance.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a communications or similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience in event coordination is a plus.
