Captura Hall is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our team in managing communication strategies, media relations, and client outreach. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong interpersonal skills, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns.
- Draft press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Coordinate and schedule media interviews and press events.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare detailed reports.
- Provide administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining contact databases.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and internal teams.
