As an Events Assistant at Blue Print Out, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. You will work closely with senior event managers to ensure all logistics run smoothly, ensuring each event is a success from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and planning of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and private gatherings.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor communication, venue setup, and coordination of schedules.
- Help with budget tracking and ensure events stay within financial parameters.
- Handle event registration, guest lists, and attendee communications.
- Prepare event materials, such as signage, programs, and promotional materials.
- Oversee on-site event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Provide support during event set-up and tear-down.
- Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback collection.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely deliveries and service.
