Job Description

  • Contacting and following up on leads generated by our Marketing team. 

  • Identifying customer needs and offering the most suitable products while keeping the CRM (Salesforce) up to date. 

  • Guiding clients throughout the process until program booking and transferring them to the Customer Service team. 

Qualifications

  • Native-level English, additional EU languages are a plus. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work towards targets (no prior experience required). 

  • Based in Barcelona or surrounding areas.

    • Monday to Thursday : 12:30 - 21:30H
    • Fridays: 13:00 - 19:00H
    • Saturdays: 12:30 - 18:30H (Rotating - Twice per month)
