Job Description
As an HR Intern, you will join our European HR Payroll team, supporting employees across multiple countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, contributing to key HR operations while learning about payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support HR projects by creating and updating HR operations documents, resources, and presentations
Assist in analyzing and interpreting HR data to support business decisions
Help interpret and apply local labor regulations, collective agreements, and internal policies across different European markets
Respond to HR-related queries, including system access issues, employment verifications, policy questions, and time tracking concerns
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on missing information
Prepare HR documentation such as employment certificates and official attestations
Provide administrative support, including correspondence and document management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR files
Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance-related tasks
Qualifications
Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Eligible for an internship agreement with a Spanish university or business school.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. German or French is a plus.
A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in an international HR environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage trackers and work with data.
