Beachwood Animal Clinic in New Smyrna Beach, FL is hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our friendly, client-focused practice. We provide high-quality, compassionate care for dogs, cats, and select exotics in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What you'll do

  • Provide medical, surgical, and preventative care for canine, feline, and small exotic patients
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses; perform routine and elective surgeries
  • Counsel clients on preventive care, nutrition, behavior, and follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with team members on case management
  • Participate in after-hours rotation (shared) and occasional on-call duties

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
  • Active veterinary state license
  • Current DEA License preferred but not required
  • USDA Accreditation preferred but not required
