Job Description

  • Provide high-quality medical, surgical and dental care to dogs and cats.

  • Work as part of a collaborative team that supports each other and values mentorship, with respect and compassion at the forefront

  • Build rapport with clients and treat each patient as if they were your own

  • Choose shifts that fit your lifestyle — relief work means you pick when you’re available

  • Use modern equipment and resources (digital & dental radiography; in-house lab including Catalyst One, ProCyte, Sedivue DX, etc.; full monitoring in surgery)

Qualifications

  • DVM (or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited university

  • Active veterinary license in North Carolina (or willing to obtain)

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience as a licensed veterinarian 

  • Compassionate communicator, team-player, who values support and collaboration
