Job Description

Are you passionate about creating impactful media campaigns and working directly with top consumer brands? As a Team Leader, Advertising Sales, you’ll help shape the future of how brands interact with customers on one of the biggest e-commerce platforms in the region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to develop, optimize, and grow advertising campaigns in a dynamically evolving landscape.

You will be part of the Advertising Department, supporting the transformation of our advertising operating model and driving strategic outcomes for over 350 brands.

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • Support the transformation of the sales team model, focusing on large-brand collaboration 
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns for high-potential clients
  • Collaborate with agencies that specialize in retail media to ensure campaign success
  • Contribute to the development of a future-facing operational setup, including segmentation of self-service clients and high-touch strategic partners
  • Work with a growing sales team (14 people), focusing on quality over quantity in client interactions
  • Support the identification and education of HiPo (high-potential) brands to improve campaign outcomes
  • Provide campaign optimization expertise, especially in contexts where self-service recommendations may be insufficient

We are looking for people who:

  • Have experience in managing or optimizing Allegro campaigns, ideally in retail media or agency environments
  • Understand media buying and campaign strategy from the brand side
  • Have strong communication and client management skills
  • Are analytical, proactive, and capable of identifying growth opportunities
  • Have experience in team leadership or have strong leadership potential
  • Are fluent in English (minimum B2 level) and Polish (minimum C1 level)
