Job Description

Manager, Group Talent Acquisition (Operations) will play a key role in creating the long- and mid-term recruitment strategy and operational excellence for Customer and Delivery Experience roles with the help of a team of TA professionals.

What will your main responsibilities include?

  • Develop and implement strategies for high-volume recruitment for Customer and Delivery Experience roles at the group level (i.e. warehouses, courier, customer service domains)

  • Collaborate with Delivery Experience and Customer Experience Business Unit leadership to ensure recruitment strategy implementation and operational excellence.

  • Work with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and HR Business Partner teams to understand recruitment processes and use data to improve them.

  • Lead and manage a team of mid- to senior-level Talent Acquisition professionals.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including finding, negotiating, and signing deals, as well as overseeing contract execution and commercial aspects.

  • Analyze data to establish key performance metrics and use insights to influence stakeholders in the recruitment cycle.

  • Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to create value offers for specific target groups.

  • Work closely with other HR teams to support Allegro's future business growth.

We are looking for people who:

  • Are proven leaders with at least 8+ years of experience in designing and managing wide scale and complex recruitment strategies for volume and specialist roles in logistics, warehousing, courier  and customer support

  • Have ability to lead and develop a team based on data and metrics in a fast-paced, matrix environment

  • Have easiness at establishing the rapport with multiple external vendors from various geographies

  • Have strong strategic thinking capability

  • Thrive in an environment where business acumen and ability to navigate through ambiguity matter 

  • Are fluent in Polish and English
