Ready to drive strategic pricing transformation across international markets?
Allegro is on an exciting journey to transform its 1P (first-party) business across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pricing Manager to lead this transformation, build and develop our pricing excellence team, and deliver substantial profitability improvements for our rapidly evolving e-commerce business.


What will your role entail?

  • Developing and executing best-in-class pricing strategy for Allegro’s 1P business.
  • Designing data-driven, automated pricing processes, overseeing daily pricing operations, ensuring pricing accuracy, and driving gross margin profitability improvement
  • Leading the pricing transformation as part of the Mall Turnaround program, including the implementation of a new pricing technology solution (in cooperation with a provider)
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to optimize pricing decisions.
  • Setting clear pricing policies, governance, and best practices across multiple markets.
  • Leading and mentoring our Pricing Team (up to 3 people), supporting their development and upskilling.
  • Closely partnering with Sales, Category Management, IT, and Senior Leadership.
  • Providing regular pricing insights and performance updates.
  • Ensuring alignment with business goals across all 1P markets (PL, CZ, SK, HU).


What do you need to excel in this role?

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Fluent English (C1); Czech, Polish, or Hungarian would be an advantage.
  • Proven track record in Pricing Management within retail or e-commerce - experience from the pricing area in consulting would be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of pricing principles, methodologies, and analytics.
  • Leadership experience, ideally in building or transforming pricing teams.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with pricing tools, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), MS Excel, and preferably SQL.
