In previous years, our revenue has been growing much faster than the market and we have an aspiration to maintain this trend in the upcoming periods. Our products support our Clients in developing sales and strengthening their brand positioning
We are looking for a Senior Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of Business Product Managers responsible for advertising products growth, improving advertiser journey and growing international business. Focus of this role will be solely on products/solutions offered to Merchants (sellers on Allegro), it does not include responsibility for Brands offering.
Your main responsibilities
Leading the preparation and delivering strategic initiatives accelerating growth of advertising revenue from merchants
Raising the bar and thought leadership for own and other teams in terms of ads product management and development
Building and managing a high-performing team of business product managers fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
Driving the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions; Securing seamless & execution of key initiative
Collaborating closely with internal (e.g. Commerce, MEX, Technology, UX/UI) and external partners in order to align strategic directions and identify synergies
Monitoring and responding to changes within competitive environment
Creating documents for key stakeholders (Executive Team, Directors)
What are we looking for
5+ years of managerial experience with top performing and highly analytical teams
Past experience in managing large scale e-commerce/advertising projects and initiatives, preferably in the international set-up
Proven track record of envisioning and developing product portfolio, preferably B2B products )
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and synthesising skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product plans
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of various levelsExceptional communication and presentation skills (Polish & English min C1), with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
