What does this role involve

• You will conduct end to end recruitment processes for positions in the business or operations area
• You will ensure the best candidate experience in the recruitment process, from the first contact to hire
• You will be dealing with Hiring Managers from various backgrounds and countries, from kick off to placement 
• You will make sure that the data in our systems are complete and accurate and will leverage them in the conversions with internal stakeholders
• You will cooperate with various HR teams to improve the process and experience both for candidates and Hiring Managers

This job is for you, if:

• You have at least 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition Team
• You have previous experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
• You know how to build strong relationships with the business, hiring managers, and main stakeholders
• You are innovative, proactive and goal oriented
• You have data-driven mindset
• You put the emphasis on operational excellence and communication skills 
• You want to work in an international team where you will communicate daily in English and Polish
