Allegro Pay is Central Europe’s largest and fastest-growing fintech – the only place where financial solutions can be created on such a large scale, using state-of-the-art technology. We are looking for an experienced manager to build the team of C# Engineers, collaborating to create powerful and stable solutions that support a product with over a million active users.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have experience in .NET development, Azure experience is nice to have
  • Are seasoned experts in software development and system architecture
  • Can and want to take care and responsibility for their team’s development, have excellent communication skills, and value the "servant leadership" approach
  • Have the ability to manage and build relationships in a team of skilled engineers and across closely collaborating teams
  • Can listen, motivate and provide constructive feedback as well as select adequate development activities for their team
  • Have experience in leading teams working with the use of agile methodologies
  • Can present the necessary technical work in the context of business risks
  • Can work closely with the business (can reconcile technical and business issues) and care about business results
  • Enjoy constant developing,updating and sharing their knowledge
  • Know English language on at least B2 level (experience in managing English-speaking team members is a plus)

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • Building innovative fintech solutions by using cutting-edge technologies
  • Building a team of skilled engineers to efficiently deliver business value through technical work
  • Leading the team in an agile environment
  • Facilitating close cooperation with other teams
  • Actively shaping the product and its development roadmap by being a partner to a Product Manager
  • Developing team’s members by taking into account individual preferences and needs to achieve mastery and autonomy while fulfilling the purpose of employee and the organisation
  • creating and managing ideas in the team technology excellence area
