Job Description
Your main responsibilities:
Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes including: screening and selecting Candidates for senior manager and director level roles, actively sourcing for top talents on the market, conducting interviews, passing feedbacks, preparing the offer and conducting financial negotiations with the Candidates, Identifying risks, problems, raising them on time and seeking solutions in each recruitment process (also for highly confidential roles),
Market Mappings: prepare detailed market mappings to understand the talent landscape and identify potential candidates within specific industry sectors,
Debrief Meetings: schedule and facilitate debrief meetings with hiring teams to discuss candidate feedback and make informed decisions,
Preparation of offers: draft, consult and prepare comprehensive and complex offers for most senior roles in partnership with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, Total Rewards and other parties like Executive Team or Supervisory Board,
Stakeholder Updates: provide regular updates to internal stakeholders at the Director and Executive levels on the progress of recruitment activities, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process,
System Updates & reporting: maintain and update the recruitment systems with accurate and current information on candidate status and recruitment activities. Generate reports and insights to navigate the recruitment pipeline and inform stakeholders,
Managing vendors: establishing and maintaining the rapport with the external vendors used for search, selection and assessment during the recruitment processes,
Cross-collaboration in HR: taking part in diverse projects focused on new tools implementation, process mapping, process optimization, and HR policies design and refinement.

This job is for you, if:
You have A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in executive search or a related field.
You have experience in conducting complex recruitment processes for high-level positions on Polish and the international markets
You have experience in sourcing candidates through direct search method
You are able to manage clients and stakeholders effectively
Want to work in an international team where you will communicate daily in English (min. C1)
You are flexible and have the ability to adapt quickly
You are focused on continuous improvement
You are creative and innovative
You have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
You are able to conduct market research and data analysis
Negotiation is your forte
You are able to build and manage a network of contacts
Time management (based on deadlines) is a daily routine for you
You have proven experience in executive search in the technology sector (nice to have)
You are familiar with trends in the technology industry and talent market dynamics (nice to have)
