Job Description
As part of the Technical Platform Teams, we create the essential foundations for building and ensuring the proper functioning of the entire Allegro. This is where the tools used by 100+ Allegro teams are developed. We enhance a wide range of technologies, starting from our own server room, private cloud, through internal frameworks (including frontend and mobile), to solutions utilizing artificial intelligence, supporting Allegro users and employees. We are responsible for the performance, availability, and security of the entire platform.

We are looking for people who:
Have at least 3 years of experience in IT asset management in a similar position
Have knowledge of open-source licensing
Have experience in the inventory of fixed assets
Have knowledge and experience in licensing from well-known software manufacturers (including Microsoft, SAP, IBM, Oracle, Adobe)
Have knowledge of SAM and ITIL best practices
Have participated in building processes related to IT asset management
Can use Excel at an intermediate level and prepare reports with data analysis
Demonstrate the ability to analyze problems and propose solutions
Understand how modern IT systems integrate
Know English well enough to communicate freely
What will your job involve?
You will ensure the precise inventory of software resources deployed throughout the organization using software and asset management tools (licenses, subscriptions, support contracts)
You will review employee requests for software purchases
You will be responsible for monitoring license usage and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements
You will participate in internal and external license audits
You will maintain a database of application patterns and the company's software catalog
You will be responsible for preparing periodic reports on software usage, forecasts, and summaries of software expenditures
You will actively participate in numerous projects aimed at adapting solutions to the needs and requirements of internal clients
You will take part in selecting, testing, and implementing tools for effective software management across the organization
You will collaborate with technical service owners and the procurement department in renewing group license contracts
You will prepare licensing training for internal clients or create e-learning for end users
Additionally, you will take responsibility for at least one process within IT service management (e.g., problem management, incident management)
